Project Structure
The participants in the EnReMilk project represent all of the key elements required to industrialise and commercially exploit the project results. Each participant has a role to play in the exploitation of the results of this project. All of the industrial participants in this project are participating as they are keen to develop new applied knowledge that can be directly applicable and of benefit to their businesses. The partnership comprises an integrated supply chain that can both deliver the demonstration of the integrated milk powder and mozzarella processing lines, attached an innovative in-situ by-product recovery and wastewater treatment and recycling
